Hambo Hoedown Challenge #27

Time for another Hambo Hoedown challenge.  I received the Little Indian Digi from Hambo stamps because I participated in last week's challenge.  The challenge this week was called tic tac toe.  You had to choose 3 things in a row from the tic tac toe board and include them in your project.  I chose the top row across which included ribbon, eyelets and punches.
