Hambo Hoedown - Time to score

The Hambo challenge this week is to use scoring on your card.  I don't usually think of this tool as a design tool, I use it more to score for a fold and then flatten to make a nice crease.  It was fun to actually use the tool to score designs.  I got a bit carried away on some of my attempts and overscored.  I'm sure overscore is not a word, anyway you know what I mean.  When it comes to scoring (in the papercraft world), more is not always better.  After I settled down a bit I decided on a simpler starburst pattern and matched it with the Nestabilities inverted scallop die.  I colored the geranium -digi using my COPICS markers.  I received the geranium - digi from Hambo stamps to use for this week's challenge.  I used the core'dinations color core cardstock and decided to lightly sand the score lines to make them stand out a little more.

I chose the "With sympathy" sentiment because it just seemed like the perfect sentiment for this simple, clean layout.  Thanks for looking.
